They were very quick, on tome

I came in for a scheduled oil change. They completed the job quickly, efficiently and on time. Everyone I encountered from beginning to end was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Plach Automotive.

My vehicle was making an odd noise from underneath, so I contacted Plach early on a Friday morning to see if they would be able to look into it. I was told that I could bring it in, but they might not get to it until Monday. I brought the car into the shop and left the keys. Within only a few hours, the service manager called to let me know that one of the technicians had finished a job earlier than expected, so he decided to look into my problem. He found the culprit responsible for the odd noise and was able to make the repair. As I had no means of transportation to return to the dealership that day to pick up my car, the service manager sent someone to my home to give me a courtesy ride back to the dealership. I was very impressed that they were able to find the source of my issue and repair it on the same day even though it was a busy Friday for them. The courtesy ride was a real added plus. I have been having my Chevy Traverse serviced by Plach for the past three years and have always been satisfied with the workmanship and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend Plach Automotive.

The young gentleman was kind and fast. Appreciate how quick the service was.

Plach was easy to work with and answered all my questions regarding the purchase of a truck. They allowed me to test drive the truck to my house to see if it would fit in the garage before purchase. Plach also negotiated pricing with me to a point we were both comfortable with.

I got there a half hour early, and it was seamless. They were just finishing another car. Changed my oil and rotated the tires, and I left about a half hour before I expected to.

Had to wait longer than first indicated; however, Plach provided a loaner.

Good service, Friendly, knowledgeable, small town, full service Chevy Dealer. We moved to area few years ago in search of new Chevy Dealer as we have done business with 1 Chevrolet Dealer in past for 40 years.

It’s always a great experience. Technician did a great job with my wish list of what I wanted done. I’m super appreciative that you delivered it back home while I was on vacation. And the new koozies tops the cake!

Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. The initial diagnosis took longer than expected. Without me asking, Kim offered me a loaner vehicle to use for the remainder of the day. Tim saw that I had been in the waiting area for longer than expected. After I had left and while the repairs were being completed, he proactively investigated the situation what had happened and remedied everything. When I returned the next day to pick up my vehicle, I was going to discuss the situation with Tim but he had already resolved it. I was very pleased his resolution and for taking the initiative to look into it ahead of time without me having to ask. I would give Kim a gold star, and Tim two gold stars. :) I will definitely recommend Plach Automotive.

It was a great experience purchasing my truck at Plach Chevrolet. Tim and Nick run a good show and even Dan the owner stopped by the office to say "hi". All three give you that small town no pressure experience.

The oil change was cheaper than Bergstroms but I don't think I got the all point inspection and levels filled and I'm pretty sure they didn't use synthetic oil like they do at Bergstroms plus you can get your car washed for nothing at Bergstroms

Not very personable. Sort of a take it or leave it feel about the truck. I wanted to buy locally so I could form a relationship with the dealer but conversation was like pulling teeth.

My service was handled efficiently.

I had a 2 pm appointment to get an oil change on my pickup. I got there almost an hour early. I just happened that the 1 pm appointment was open. The Tech got me right in, and I was on my way home before my scheduled appointment. Great job, great and friendly people.
