ON time and friendly

Very professional service every time!

Good service, Friendly, knowledgeable, small town, full service Chevy Dealer. We moved to area few years ago in search of new Chevy Dealer as we have done business with 1 Chevrolet Dealer in past for 40 years.

It was a great experience purchasing my truck at Plach Chevrolet. Tim and Nick run a good show and even Dan the owner stopped by the office to say "hi". All three give you that small town no pressure experience.

Sheila and Tina helped me print off 10% off my service. 4 new tires onto truck. Service tech updated me about spare and checked tire pressure for me while they had it down.

Thankful that my car can be picked up at work during my busy work day. Appreciate that service

The oil change was cheaper than Bergstroms but I don't think I got the all point inspection and levels filled and I'm pretty sure they didn't use synthetic oil like they do at Bergstroms plus you can get your car washed for nothing at Bergstroms

I got there a half hour early, and it was seamless. They were just finishing another car. Changed my oil and rotated the tires, and I left about a half hour before I expected to.

Had to wait longer than first indicated; however, Plach provided a loaner.

Very fast and quality service

Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. The initial diagnosis took longer than expected. Without me asking, Kim offered me a loaner vehicle to use for the remainder of the day. Tim saw that I had been in the waiting area for longer than expected. After I had left and while the repairs were being completed, he proactively investigated the situation what had happened and remedied everything. When I returned the next day to pick up my vehicle, I was going to discuss the situation with Tim but he had already resolved it. I was very pleased his resolution and for taking the initiative to look into it ahead of time without me having to ask. I would give Kim a gold star, and Tim two gold stars. :) I will definitely recommend Plach Automotive.

I had a 2 pm appointment to get an oil change on my pickup. I got there almost an hour early. I just happened that the 1 pm appointment was open. The Tech got me right in, and I was on my way home before my scheduled appointment. Great job, great and friendly people.

Not very personable. Sort of a take it or leave it feel about the truck. I wanted to buy locally so I could form a relationship with the dealer but conversation was like pulling teeth.

I received a quote for repairs that was acceptable. The timeframe was within expectations. They actually got me in 2 weeks early and were able to apply some online GM parts discount towards the invoice.

I arrived, gave them my keys, explained which fog light was burned out, and went to the waiting room. All was done in short order, and I was on my way. I always receive top notch service at Plach's.

I appreciate the short wait times. Casey and his crew make a point to communicate what’s going on with my vehicle. The shop and dealership are always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I know nothing about what makes an automobile run, but I’m very grateful that Casey and his team do! I will continue to have my Chevy Traverse serviced at Plach Auto and will definitely look to them if/when I find that I’m ready for a new car.
